I have been going to Total Health Chiropractic for three years. It has made a big difference in the way I feel. I no longer have the aches and pains that bothered me in the past. Now I have total range of motion in my neck, which I did not have before. Another benefit of going to Total Health Chiropractic is if you don't have insurance Dr. Kelly will work with you to attain a payment schedule that will fit your budget. Dr. Kelly and her staff are alwasys friendly, courteous and helpful. They make you feel like part of the family. Going to Total Health Chiropractic has made a big impact in my life. Give it a try. You don't have anything to lose and everything to gain. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you.

I found out about this office from the Senior Health Fair at Illinois Centre Mall. My main concern was neck pain. It began about a year before I went to Total Health Chiropractic. I think it was caused by arthritis. I couldn't turn my head to the left or right without pain. The results have been very good. I can now turn my head in both directions.

I first started coming in February 2006. Dr Kelly and her staff were very friendly and considerate and treated me as if I were a family member. I was having pain in my hips and lower back, which was caused by arthritis. The pain was very severe, and caused me to limp, at times. I had this condition for approximately six months before coming to Total Health. I heard about Total Health Chiropractic for the first times when I attended the Senior Health Fair at Illinois Centre Mall in February 2006. I have had wonderful results with the treatments I've gotten at Total Health. After a few treatments, I was feeling much better.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for about a year. She and her staff take wonderful care of me! My body was hurting so badly that I couldn't even pinpoint exactly what the problem was. I was honestly considering changing occupations. Thought my work is physical, i knew that it would do no good to move onto another job because I was uncomfortable doing ANYTHING! Sitting, standing, moving or immobile. I was in constant pain of one degree or another. Dr. Kelly made a very good impression on me with our first conversation. She happened to be the one manning the phones when I called for information. Dr. Kelly spoke with me at length, gave me answers to all of my questions and concerns and promptly gave me an appointment. From the first visit, I was greeted and attended to as if I have been an old, dear friend. I experienced a great deal of relief upon the very first visit. I feel so much better than I did and have had such remarkable improvement not only in my physical well being but mentally also. I find it amazing how much easier it is to face the day when pain is diminished. Dr. Kelly and her staff at Total Health Chiropractic & Acupuncture Clinic go the extra mile for me and in doing so, they have given me the ability to go an extra mile!

I had been experiencing pain in my left leg and back since March 2006 and was receiving treatments from a local Chiropractor. On July 8, 2006 while moving a refrigerator I experienced extreme pain in my left leg. The next morning I found I could not walk and had to resort to using a walker. The pain was excruciating - I could not stand or sit up to eat, shave or perform everyday activities - sleeping was out of the question. In order to meet with my Family Doctor and current Chiropractor I was transported in the back of my SUV in a prone position because I experienced severe pain while sitting upright. Pain killers prescribed by my Family Doctor and treatments from my current Chiropractor failed to offer any relief. On July 25, 2006 I had a MRI that showed I had Spinal Stenosis. (This condition occurs when the space around the spinal cord and nerve roots narrows due to arthritis and bone overgrowth.) This can press or pinch a nerve, with herniated and bulging discs in the lower lumbar. I consulted with several Medical Doctors and Chiropractors including D. Kelly Chullen. On August 8, 2006 I received my first treatment from Dr. Chullen and her staff consisting of Low Level Laser, TENS, Traction and Therapeutic Massage. On August 23, 2006, I was able to dispose of my walker and cane. I was able to walk and sit upright and perform everyday activities without experiencing severe pain. I enrolled in a Aquacise class at John A. Logan College and have to be mindful to be careful that I do not over exert myself where I experience any pain. My pain level can be best described as a minus one (-1) on a scale of one to ten, with ten being excruciating pain. I am thankful to Dr. Chullen and her staff for their professional and caring approach to curing and treating pain.
